Hi, I'm Cassie.

I grew up making movies with my best friend, her brothers, and my little sisters. We made action movies, pirate films, travel videos, news segments and silly talk shows.

If you can't already tell, I love stories.

Hawk Legacy Films wasn't a lightbulb idea. It was a journey through hardship, reflection, and a gradual realization of my ultimate goal: help younger generations live like their grandparents did.

This is my mission today, and I believe it's what brought you here.

In order to honor the generations that built our families, we must preserve those stories on film, inspire younger generations, and ignite sparks to live a life filled with stories of abundance.

Join me in creating a legacy that will encourage the next generation.

It all started in 2023...

Before Hawk Legacy Films, I was living what I now call a defeatist life. I had a 9-to-5 with great benefits and no true friendships. Everyone around me felt hopeless, just trekking toward nowhere, and I was slowly becoming one of them.

In 2023, a concussion stopped me in my tracks. For the first time in years, I had to be still, and I was humbled. I began to see how half-heartedly I'd been living.

In 2025, I took a leap of faith. I quit my full-time job to pursue my business of storytelling. It wasn't easy, and in that season, I found myself looking back at the people who had lived wholeheartedly.

My grandparents on my Dad's side had both passed away more than 5 years ago. They were monumental mentors in my childhood and adulthood.

I asked my Mom if I could rummage through the garage and look through boxes of photos. To my surprise, I found an old binder my Grandma had given me when I graduated high school.

I read through it, tears coming to my eyes.

An ancient saying she wrote jumped out at me: A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than silver and gold.

I even sorted through a family history box that my cousin gave to me. Inside are stories of our ancestors.

I found that my Grandma had also started writing her own legacy!

It suddenly struck me how much I wish I could still talk with her. I wish I could ask her for advice. I wish I could hear her voice of encouragement, and give her a big hug. What sticks out to me, and what I miss the most about her generation is the way they lived. They lived a full life.

This is how Hawk Legacy Films was born.

I'd love to watch a film of my Grandma and my Grandpa talking about their life, hearing their voices and seeing their faces to encourage me to keep going.

More than that, I wanted to know and remember what it was like to live.

Here's what I mean by that: my grandparents had so many friends show up at their funerals that it was standing room only. They served in their community, they built lasting friendships, they experienced joy and fellowship through hard times and good times. They lived a life of zeal, and they left a legacy.

Although I can't film them now because they're gone, I can give you what I can't have: A legacy film that will last for generations to come.

Take the next step with me.

Together, let's honor the foundation, live the story, and spark the legacy.
